The facility will occupy a site on the corner of Ipswich and Hamilton Roads, with the physical address being 1190 Ipswich Road and 5-11A Hamilton Rd.
The childcare centre will have 132 places and the facilities will operate between 7am and 6pm.
This will add greater amenity to residents in the surrounding area.
