A building that was previously an Amart furniture store in Oxley, in Brisbane’s southwest, could be transformed into an adventure centre, if a development application is given the go ahead.
The property, at 2175 – 2189 Ipswich Road, could become the first Brisbane outlet for Gold Coast indoor adventure centre Game Over, with an electric go kart track, arcade games room, children’s soft fall play area, mini-golf and children’s party and events space.
The building would be refitted internally, with the exterior of the building and the existing car park providing for 199 vehicles to remain unchanged.
It would be open seven days a week from 8am.
Another tenancy on the site formerly occupied by Amart is Fitness Cartel.
