A new swim school could be opened at Arana Hills, in Brisbane’s north, if a development application is approved.
The school, which would be branded Aquatic Achievers, would be located on the southern boundary of the Arana Hills Shopping Plaza at 5-11 Patricks Road.
The enclosed facility would be 890sq m, and include a 25 metre swimming pool, viewing area, change room and office space. It would have 50 car parks.
