The two-stage project, which would also include a food and drink kiosk and playground, would be part of a revitalisation of the golf club, which has a nine-hole golf course and clubhouse.
This would be a great addition to the area, attracting a wider demographic to the golf club and providing greater recreational amenity to people living in the area, while also drawing in visitors.
