A medical and childcare centre is set to be built in Everton Park as the first stage of an urban village that has been approved at 35 Woolworths Street.

A change to the existing DA approval has been sought for Stage 1 of the urban village, which is proposed to house a 1,042 sq m medical centre and 867 sq m childcare centre in a three-story mixed-use building that will also have basement car parking with 74 car spaces.

Future stages of the urban village are expected to be residential development.

This improved amenity in Everton Park will benefit both current and future residents.
