A development application has been lodged to change an existing development approval for a medical centre in Stafford, in Brisbane’s north.
The 24 hour medical centre, to be located at 317 Stafford Road, will be a two-storey development, with approval now being sought to include a pharmacy and food and drink outlet in the form of a small coffee kiosk. The development will have 79 car parks.
The 3,803sq m site, which sits on the corner of Stafford Road and Webster Road, will see an existing car sales building demolished to make way for the development.
The medical centre will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week the whole year round.
