A three-level commercial building providing health care services could be built on a site adjacent to the Greenslopes Hospital if a development application is given the go ahead.
The project at 72 Hunter Street in Greenslopes would include Community Care, Allied Health, and General Practitioner Clinics, and provide 123 car parks.
A retail building that used to house a popular café, the Press and Brew Espresso, as well as two neighbouring houses currently on the site would be knocked down to build the development if it is given the go ahead.
If it is given the tick of approval this project would provide greater health amenity to residents in the area.
