A four-storey childcare centre is proposed for a 810sq m site at 12 & 14 Bridge Street in Nundah to replace an existing two-storey house.
The centre would cater for 105 children, with six activity rooms and a rooftop deck. It would have 660sq m of gross floor area, with outdoor play areas.
The childcare centre, which would have 21 car parks, would operate from 6am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The planners for the development state that the proposed centre supports the increased population density that is being encouraged within Nundah by the Toombul-Nundah Neighbourhood Plan, providing parents with a conveniently located, high-quality child minding service in close proximity to their home.
