A new World Gym is proposed for Flagstone in Logan City, south of Brisbane.
To be located on the corner of Branson Street and Gate Road, if it goes ahead the two-storey gym would have a large gym on the first floor and office space above. It will be open 24 hours, seven days a week.
The currently vacant and highly visible site is close to other amenity including the Flagstone Village Shopping Centre.
The development, proposed by Ferradini Property Group, will reportedly have the best building design for the Flagstone World Gym, with an Australian first fitout based on state-of-the-art layouts in the US.
