Pallara, a growing area south of Brisbane, could soon have more amenity if a development application for a centre including a supermarket, retail space, a childcare centre and drive-through fast food outlet is approved.

The development, to be located on vacant land at 223 Ritchie Road, would consist of four low-rise retail buildings, with the project to have 192 car parks.

If it goes ahead the centre will be a first for Pallara, and will service the growing surrounding residential area.
