A Starbucks is expected to be part of an approved mixed-use development at Brendale, north of Brisbane, following approval of a minor material change of use for the project.

The development at 2 Linkfield Road will consist of a service station, food outlet, shop, showroom and commercial services and is known as the Brendale Service Centre in the application documents.

The Starbucks would be a single-storey food and drink outlet with provision for a single-lane drive through allowing for 10 car spaces to queue.

The development will have 48 car parks upon completion.
