A new drive-through Guzman y Gomez restaurant could open in Enoggera after a development application for an iconic site was lodged.
If approved, the restaurant would replace the existing Lotus Room Chinese restaurant at a well-known intersection at 340 Wardell Street and 223 Samford Road.
The Chinese restaurant would be knocked down to make way for the new development, which would also have 13 car parks.
