The 2885sq m property at 1115 Ipswich Road, near the Moorooka train station and on the corner of Unwin Street, used to be a car yard, but is now empty.

The proposal is to split the land and build a two-storey low impact industry building next to the Starbucks.

If it goes ahead this development will bring much needed amenity to that area for residents and passersby, and repurpose and gentrify a vacant, disused block.
