The five-storey project, which would incorporate residential, retail and office space, would be located on a prominent street corner at 2–8 Latrobe Terrace & 299 Given Terrace, Paddington.
The building would have 29 two and three bedroom apartments with ground floor retail and commercial tenancies. The proposal is for 87 car parks.
According to the proposal, the development is designed to fit in with Paddington’s village atmosphere and architecture.
