A new six-tower development is proposed for a former industrial riverside site in West End.
The mixed-use project at 25 Donkin Street and 9 Buchanan Street would be known as Riverside Lane.
It would see a 1.68ha industrial site on the Brisbane River transformed into a precinct encompassing 1,100 residences, public parkland and a laneway with retain, pop up events and markets. The six towers would range from 12 to 30 storeys.
If it goes ahead this would revitalise an industrial site, and provide amenity to residents in the immediate and surrounding area.
