The development would involve the construction of a three-storey building within the shopping centre, situated at 791 Stafford Road in Everton Park.
It would have four new tenancies providing 842sq m of gross floor area on the 21,356sq m site.
If it goes ahead following public consultation, the expansion of the shopping centre would provide greater amenity to residents in the area.
