Bracken Ridge, in Brisbane’s north, could soon have a KFC if a development proposal for a main road site is given the go ahead.
The fast food restaurant would be positioned at 397-399 Bracken Ridge Road.
The project would see an existing commercial building on the site redeveloped, with the KFC development to include a drive-through facility and outdoor dining area. It would also have 24 car parks and 12 vehicle queuing spaces for the drive-through.
The restaurant is expected to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If it goes ahead, this development would cater for demand coming from the surrounding residential area.
