A Wendy’s Restaurant could open at Rothwell Central shopping centre, north of Brisbane, if a development application gets the go ahead.
The proposal is for a fast food restaurant with a drive-through at 743–757 Deception Bay Road, Rothwell, on an underutilised part of the Rothwell Central shopping centre at the corner of Deception Bay Road and Morris Road West.
Rothwell Central shopping centre includes, but is not limited to, Officeworks, Supercheap Auto, BCF, Choice and Planet Fitness.
The Wendy’s restaurant would have 315sq m of gross floor area over one level with 22 car parks.
It would operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
