A mixed-use development on a major road in Ashgrove, in Brisbane’s northwest, has reportedly received approval.
The project, called Ilé Ashgrove, to be situated at 257 Waterworks Road will consist of four storeys and include retail – including a 1,797sq m full-line supermarket, as well as cafes and retail spaces – hospitality, health and commercial space.
It will also have a rooftop terrace and basement parking with 238 car parks and 85 bike bays over four levels.
