The 2,335sq m site at 949 Ann Street is currently a car park, but a development application has been lodged by Consolidated Properties for a building that would deliver 11,856sq m of gross floor area. It would also have 72 car parks.
This is the fourth development proposal for the site, which was formerly used as a service station and has been empty for nearly two decades.
A new development would bring life to the underutilised site.
