The project, planned for a 1,943sq m site at 5 Wolfe Street and 6 to 8 Greet Street, would replace existing commercial and industrial sheds.
The design for the building is brick and terracotta, drawn from the district’s historic kilns.
Amenity in the building would include a rooftop garden with gym, dining, plunge pool, court and shared barbecues, along with 116 car spaces and 142 bicycle spaces in two basements.
