An 18-storey, 64-apartment tower is planned for Newstead, in Brisbane’s inner north.
The proposed development at 17-21 Maud Street would see a residential tower erected in place of what is currently three low-scale lots
The apartments are larger and geared towards owner-occupiers, with 45 three-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units and four four-bedroom penthouses on top.
The development application also includes 287 square metres of communal open space and a landscaped rooftop with a pool terrace that looks out over Newstead toward the water.
