  • Property desktop analysis conducted by a professional and experienced buyers’ agent
  • 1-2 page report of data results and context
  • 15 minute phone conversation to unpack the details and talk through any risks
  • Access to an objective property industry expert and advocate with more than 20 years’ experience.

Please note:

  • Our Benchmark Reports are based on desktop appraisals, not physical inspections. We conduct physical inspections as part of our full-service appraisals (Services for Property Investors) – please get in touch if you would prefer this service.
  • Actual appraisal may change once a physical inspection and/or building and pest reports or body corporate due diligence audits are conducted.
