- Our Benchmark Reports are based on desktop appraisals, not physical inspections. We conduct physical inspections as part of our full-service appraisals (Services for Property Investors) – please get in touch if you would prefer this service.
- Actual appraisal may change once a physical inspection and/or building and pest reports or body corporate due diligence audits are conducted.
