With Paul Palella, the service doesn’t stop when a property is purchased. Investors using Paul’s services as a buyers’ agent will have the added benefit of having access to our property management arm.

We believe effective and open communication with both landlords and tenants is key for providing good property management, and with a restricted rent roll we have more time to dedicate to fostering harmonious relationships.
Our experienced property management team will take care of all the day-to-day running of your property, and Paul will be actively involved in ensuring your asset is being protected.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
We will work our hardest to ensure your property has minimal vacancies, and is rented to a reputable tenant by doing thorough background checks.
A market appraisal will be provided to you during the buying process and from there we’ll conduct regular rent reviews to ensure you’re getting the maximum return for your property.
It’s our job to make sure the tenants are paying on time and that the rental income is deposited in your account on time every month.
We will conduct regular periodic inspections on your property and will provide you with regular written reports, with photographic evidence, to make sure your property is being well maintained and any necessary repairs can be quickly identified. Paul personally attends every inspection, along with our property manager, to ensure your property is being well cared for.
Our role is to take care of the day-to-day running of your investment property, which includes attending – without delay – to any repairs that need to be undertaken, or maintenance issues that arise.
We will go out of our way to ensure things run smoothly with your tenants, but in the event something goes awry we will deal with any breach, termination or eviction notices that need to be issued, and we’ll attend court hearings if required. We have a thorough knowledge of the rules surrounding tenancies, and the rights of landlords and renters.
