Proposed design changes to the $2.5 billion Waterfront Brisbane project – focusing on the amenity of the two-storey pavilion precinct – have been submitted to council.
The changes to the project, which is currently under construction, would include a redesigned pavilion with a distinctive roof, expanded public open space and improved pedestrian access and awning access to integrate better with neighbouring buildings.
This project will be one of the transformative projects for Brisbane, and will attract more visitors to the Brisbane CBD.
