More high-density residential towers have been proposed for South Brisbane, with a development application lodged for three 50-storey residential apartment towers and a riverside park on a 12,921sq m at 14 and 19 Nott Street in South Brisbane.
The site is currently industrial but the proposal is for 620 apartments, most of which would have three and four-bedrooms, with more than 5000sq m of public parkland along the Riverside Drive frontage.
The development would have 841 car spaces incorporated into the towers, with just one level of basement parking due to the flood risk, and 775 spaces for bicycles.
