The single-storey building would have a gross floor area of 168sq m with 420sq m of site cover with the drive through and 12 car parks over the 3000sq m site. It would link to a 7-11 on the same site.
Existing commercial buildings on the site would be demolished to make way for the Starbucks if it is approved.
While there are many other cafes in the area, this would be the first drive through, adding extra amenity to the area.
