The proposed centre is on the site of what used to be a service station. It is in a residential area, but has been designed to minimise noise impacts on neighbours.

Catering for 69 children, the childcare centre will have outdoor play areas, with six activity rooms and 14 car parks.

It will operate from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
