An after school care facility and café are proposed the Centrepoint Church site at Chermside.

Situated at 240 Hamilton Road, the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) would be in the existing building. It would cater for five to 12 year olds, with three indoor activity spaces, three large outdoor play areas and seven activity rooms, operating from 6.30am to 6pm.

The café would be in a shipping container adjacent to the small hall, and would be open from 6.30am to 3pm.

This development, if given the go ahead, would add to the amenity in the area, especially for those with young families.
