A new microbrewery and pub could open in Wilston by the end of the year if a development application proposed by well-known artisan brewer Archer Brewing is approved.
The application for a 1,776sq m property at 278 Newmarket Road is for a hangar-style building that used to be a shop.
Only minor alterations would be made to the building, with 12 car parks provided for.
If approved, it is expected the pub could be up and running by November and the microbrewery in January.
The brewery would be 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the pub open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 12pm.
