A childcare centre with a café has been approved for 2-14 Glen Road in Logan Reserve, south of Brisbane.
The single-storey building on the 5,2109sq m site will have 1,206sqm of space, including 1,106.52sq m of gross floor area for the childcare centre, while the café will be 99.9sq m.
The childcare centre will cater for 140 children and feature two outdoor play areas, eight activity rooms and 58 car parking spaces. The childcare centre would open from 6.30am to 6.30pn, while the café would operate from 6am to 7pm.
This development is of a scale in keeping with the surrounding development and residential areas, and will add significant amenity to the emerging suburb of Logan Reserve, around 27 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.
